All orders are stored, packaged, and dispatched 100% within the United States to ensure rapid transit, cold-chain protection, and zero international customs delays.

1. Fulfillment Timelines & Same-Day Dispatch

• Daily Cutoff Time: Orders submitted and payment-confirmed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) qualify for same-day dispatch from our domestic facility.

• Weekend & Holiday Handling: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or over weekends and recognized U.S. federal holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.

• Tracking Automated Transmittal: As soon as your shipment is scanned by the courier, a tracking confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent to your registered account email address.

• No International Shipping: We do not ship internationally to avoid customs seizures, regulatory conflicts, or uncontrolled cross-border transit conditions.

• P.O. Boxes: Standard shipping options can deliver to U.S. P.O. Boxes via USPS; however, Expedited or Overnight FedEx/UPS options require a physical street address.

6. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

B. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

• Carrier Delays: Loti Labs USA is not directly liable for weather-related carrier delays or logistical backlogs once a package is handed over to the courier.

• Dispatched Package Insurance: Every package shipped by Loti Labs USA includes standard transit protection.

• Reporting Non-Delivery: If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your shipment, please contact us at orders@lotilabsusa.com within 48 hours so we can initiate a formal carrier investigation and route a replacement if required.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for verifying that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Loti Labs USA is not responsible for misdelivered packages resulting from address entry errors made during checkout. Re-routing or re-shipping fees caused by incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.
